Den 20 november 2024 har Probi ABs (”Probi”) huvudägare och moderbolag Symrise AG (”Symrise”) offentliggjort att Symrise lämnar ett offentligt uppköpserbjudande till aktieägarna i Probi om 350 kronor per aktie i Probi (”Erbjudandet”). Acceptperioden för Erbjudandet beräknas påbörjas den 18 december 2024 och avslutas omkring den 15 januari 2025.
